The Citizens' Initiative for Student Care for All proposes that equal psychological and curatorial services for higher education students be enshrined in law. Currently, some higher education institutes pay for the services themselves, but services vary nationwide.

The International University Sports Federation (FISU) is currently exploring the feasibility of eSports within the context of university sports and associated events through a study launched by FISU and the University of Lausanne. The study is designed for any current university students, with the aim of collecting information about knowledge, interest, and opinion of eSports, while also identifying student physical activity habits globally.

"The Time for a break?" campaign encourages university students and teachers to reduce sitting
Published:This year, the Finnish Student Sports Federation OLL’s annual #BeActive weeks 22.9–3.10 aim to get people to pay attention to taking breaks from sitting while studying. Moving your body while studying improves the ability to study, but students still sit 10.5 hours per day.
