Exercise can improve the study ability of higher education students in several ways. How do your exercise habits affect your studying? In terms of your study ability, are you a natural, a steady performer or still waiting for your chance to shine?
Find out what type you are with the Moving for a better study ability test.
This test is based on the Moving for a better study ability model created by the Finnish Student Sports Federation, the Finnish Students on the Move programme and the Finnish Student Health Service. The model itself is based on the study ability model updated in 2022. The Moving for a better study ability model promotes the importance of exercise for learning, gives students and others tips to support their study ability and tools for discussing exercise.
